This is special pen made from the heart.
Made from wood taken from the beach at St Monans Harbour in Fife, East Scotland, it brings back childhood memories for me right there where I used to fish.
My father was born here and my grandfather was a fishing boat skipper back in the early years of last century. And his father was born in a house actually just feet from where I picked this wood up.
It’s made in a cigar-shaped style with chrome and black fittings and takes a Parker-type ink refill. It has a beautiful clip finished with a wave to continue the nautical theme.
This is a totally unique gift to yourself, or someone close.
The pen has a lovely weight and comes supplied with a velvet pouch in the colour of your choice.
As with all my pens, each pen has its own unique grain and colour variations with the natural wood.
