This is a unique opportunity to purchase a pointer or Jewish Yad (literally Hebrew for ‘hand’) for use reading the Torah or other scripts or scrolls too precious to touch.
This is a simple item only around 6 inches, 150mm long made from olive wood imported to Scotland from Israel and with gold metal finish.
It can also be hung with a chain from the eyelet upper tip.
Comes complete with a free velvet sleeve in a colour of your choice.
Made in Scotland in my workshop, a great gift for a Bar Mitzvah or Bat Bitzvah, and each item has its own unique grain and colour. It can be made in other woods, please contact me.
