This is a one-off pen made from rare Scots Elm wood ( sometimes known as Wych Elm) and finished with antique polished bronze Bee fittings.
it is absolutely beautiful and features several bee elements, including a beehive, a flying honey bee, a honey stirrer clip, a honeycomb centre band, and honey bee etchings on its tip. Its unique and Im sure you will not find another one in the world exactly like this.
I first made one specifically for a client that wanted something special for her daughter. It is crafted by hand turning the wood on a lathe in my Scottish workshop.
The pen takes Parker type refills ballpoint ink. It comes with a black ink insert.
Each of my pens is unique in colour, graining and can contain grain anomalies and natural cracks which are all part of the wood features. This pen often has particularly spectacular graining.
Comes complete with a velvet pouch in the colour of your choosing in the options section.
