Don’t forget, the perfect gift on a 5th anniversary is traditionally made from wood!
This is a limited series of pens made from genuine and authenticated Oak from a whiskey cask sourced from the famous Speyside Cooperage (www.speysidecooperage.co.uk) located in Craigellachie, Aberlour, in Scotland. Each year it produces and repairs nearly 150,000 oak casks used for many whiskies, and of course, Jack Daniels Whiskey!
This particular cask was used for Jack Daniels, and at the end its useful life was returned, and is now giving pleasure to others in a different way!
This pen is lovingly handturned, and I can tell you that as I cut and smoothed it down, I could smell the whiskey. Its now smooth and beautiful to touch, it still has the natural patina and marks of its former life but is a sophisticated, warm, and lovely writing instrument.
The pen takes standard cartridges, it comes complete with a free velvet pouch in the colour of your choice. If you wish to order complete with the pictured display and transportation box in Maple and Rosewood, then the complete package will be £35.00 plus postage. Send me a message if you want the combination and I will adjust the price.
Each pen is an individually made item so the item you receive will have its own unique pattern, similar to the one shown in the picture.
Buy this for a special person in your life or as a gift for yourself! All my pens can be gift-wrapped and can include personalised messages if you wish me to send direct to another. Please note, price includes any applicable tariffs.
